🌟 Product feeding tray: Where glass jars are aligned before being placed on the conveyor belt.

🌟 Filling and sealing machine: In this production line, we use an automatic filling and sealing machine with 2 nozzles. However, if your business requires higher production capacity, additional nozzles can be added as per your needs.

🌟 Cap supplying component: There are various types and sizes of caps for the jars. Therefore, the cap supplying component will be customized according to the type of cap used by your business.

🌟 Cap tightening component: The main function of this component is to close and tighten the jar caps. Depending on the size and type of caps and jars, we will equip the bird's nest production line with a suitable cap tightening machine. The two common types are the 1-motor or 2-motor cap tightening machines.

🌟 Product collection tray: After the filling and sealing process is completed, the finished products are transferred to the collection tray, which is the final component in the production line.
